Before you book
A 50% deposit secures your appointment and comes off the price on the day. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange.
Having a tint, lash lift or lash extensions? You'll need a free patch test 48 hours beforehand — ring 01926 842 497.
A 50% booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations or changes made with 24 hours' notice or more: your deposit will be retained as a credit on your client account to be used towards a future appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or failure to attend: the deposit will be forfeited.
We require a patch test at least 48 hours before any tinting treatment and before your first set of lash extensions. This applies to new clients and to anyone we haven't treated in the last six months. Patch tests are free and take a couple of minutes.
