The information we collect
- Bookings — when you book a treatment, our booking provider (Salon Iris / SI Cloud) collects your name, contact details and appointment information.
- Orders — when you buy products, we collect your name, billing/delivery address, email, phone and order details. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
- Enquiries — when you contact us or sign up to our newsletter, we collect the details you provide.
- Website data — basic technical and analytics data via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
How and why we use it
To provide treatments and products, manage bookings and orders, respond to enquiries, send marketing you have consented to, and improve our service. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, your consent, and our legitimate interests in running the business.
Sharing your information
We share data only with trusted providers who help us operate — our booking system, payment processor, delivery partners and email/marketing tools — and where required by law. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then securely delete it.
Your rights
