About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, your purchases, and your salon bookings with Adara Beauty, Hatton Country World, Units 16 & 17, Hatton, Warwick, CV35 8XA. By using the site or booking with us you accept these terms.
Bookings & cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, and 48 hours for treatments booked over two hours. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a charge of up to 50% of the treatment price. Please arrive a few minutes early; arriving late may shorten your treatment.
Products, pricing & orders
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take care to display prices and product information accurately; occasionally an error may occur, in which case we will contact you before processing your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.
Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is charged at checkout, with free delivery on qualifying orders. Estimated timescales are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Returns & refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel most product orders within 14 days of receipt and return unused, unopened items for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, cosmetics and supplements cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. To arrange a return, contact [email protected].
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on them, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. See our Gift Vouchers page.
Liability & treatments
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy before treatment. Some treatments require a patch test or consultation. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
