Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment so you can settle in and we can start on time. If it's your first visit or a skin treatment, allow a little extra for a quick consultation.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. Give us 24 hours or more and we'll keep your 50% deposit as credit on your account, to put towards a future appointment — deposits aren't refundable. With less than 24 hours' notice, a missed appointment or a no-show, the deposit is forfeited. You'll find the full wording on our terms and conditions page.

Hair should be around 5–10mm long. Gently exfoliate beforehand and avoid moisturising on the day of your appointment for the best results.
