General
Yes — gift vouchers make a lovely treat for any occasion. Pop in or call us on 01926 842 497 and we'll sort one out for you.
You'll find us at Hatton Country World, Units 16 & 17, Hatton, Warwick, CV35 8XA, with plenty of free on-site parking.
Booking
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment so you can settle in and we can start on time. If it's your first visit or a skin treatment, allow a little extra for a quick consultation.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange, and 48 hours for treatments booked over two hours. Missed appointments may be subject to a 50% charge.
Treatments
Hair should be around 5–10mm long. Gently exfoliate beforehand and avoid moisturising on the day of your appointment for the best results.
